Circular Garden By Brandon
To make a circular garden
I found today
it might be best
to go in a circle.

To start a circle
start anywhere when it is now
and pivot.
I like to turn to the right
and I am not sure what would happen
if I went to the left.

using a shovel I might
start with a hole
and step back, place
the blade behind
the hole and I'd
then face to the right again.
cut through turn, lit, pivot
then again and again
face to the right.

I started thinking about smokestacks
mainly refineries
paint companies
and chemical manufacturers
like the ones near my childhood home
where I first learned about
industrial park landscaping
big hedges
and pollution tolerant plant selections.
